FALL LEAGUE
The Fall League is a Youth Volleyball Development Program designed to help girls ages 8-13 develop the fundamental skills necessary to advance their play and have fun while learning the sport. Training sessions of the youth volleyball development program focus on setting, defense, hitting and serving. Every class is designed to challenge a player's skills and abilities. Our Youth Volleyball coaches emphasize the proper mechanics and fundamentals through advanced techniques including serving, setting, spiking, passing and ball control so youth volleyball players excel on their all-around game and advance in the sport. In addition to preparing youth volleyball players for travel team and school play there are physical and mental benefits to the game for players.
